Contributed by Sergio

To passangers on a train, was shown movies of animals being slaughtered. People on train were shocked. Here are some quotas from news article : HELSINKI (Reuters) - Finnish commuters on the rail line to Helsinki got a shock late Monday when images of animals being slaughtered were shown repeatedly on the train's television screens. It was completely absurd and appalling,'' said a startled Hanna Huuskonen, who had been traveling from the southern town of Tampere when what turned out to be the conductor's home video was accidentally displayed to passengers.

The national railways confirmed what it called a ''regrettable incident.'' Images of a big white goose-like bird being slaughtered with an axe, including a close-up of the sliced neck, were shown on television monitors. ``You could see all the blood and the veins, and this just went on and on,'' Huuskonen told Reuters. She said some scenes of the five-minute-long video were repeated several times. This was followed by images of a pig split in half and hung from its feet with hooks.

This needs to happen more often so meat eating people see the carnage that *they* cause. Funny how many were offended by the videos even though they are part of the cause. Hypocrites.

Welcome to the Real World.

Appalling? Yes. Absurd? No.

This is but one reason why Factory Farming must be stopped in its entirety one way or another.
