Scottish parliament passes

The International Fund for Animal Welfare (IFAW, www.ifaw.org) has a story about a "historic" anti-hunting bill that was passed today that could lead to the abolition of fox hunting in Scotland.

The bill is important because if/when it becomes a law, it will open the door for similar bans in other United Kingdom countries and even worldwide.
