MOHANA Gill's Vegemania! was named Best Vegetarian Book In The World,

Cookbook author Mohana Gill is on a roll. Fresh from winning the 2007
Best Vegetarian Cookbook In The World award for Vegemania! For Healthy
Living, Longevity And Wellness, she is brimming with ideas for her
next project - a children's cookbook with a focus on vegetables and
fruit.
"The book is going to be called Aheli's Series (after her 1 1/2-
year-old granddaughter) and will include fun ways to cook vegetables
and to use local fruit in food," says Mohana, looking elegant with her
shoulder-length hair neatly coiffured.
"Lots of parents are at their wits' end trying to get their children
to eat vegetables. This book will have simple, yet creative ways to
entice little ones to eat their greens."
She will also be opening a Fruitastic! kiosk, selling freshly- cut
fruit and juices at Assunta Hospital in Petaling Jaya.
